Refund Policy

All enrollment payments are final and non-refundable. This includes payments made in full and payments made through a payment plan.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that your enrollment gives you access to program materials, cohort resources, live sessions, and related educational services, and that no refund will be issued after payment is made.

If you enroll through a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due under the terms of your agreement with the payment provider. We do not have the authority to cancel or modify those obligations unless required by applicable law.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund of amounts already paid.

We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused program access, missed live sessions, incomplete coursework, or voluntary withdrawal from the program.

In the event of documented medical emergency, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstance affecting your ability to complete the program, we may at our discretion offer a program deferment to a future cohort at no additional cost. Deferment is not an entitlement, is granted case-by-case, and does not create a right to a refund.

The following are non-refundable:

• program enrollment;
• access to the learning portal, cohort community, live sessions, and recordings;
• downloadable materials, workbooks, templates, or other resources;
• enrollment where you are removed from the program for violation of the Terms of Service.

Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us about the issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid enrollment charge may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of future enrollment eligibility.
