• Payment information: processed by payment processors and financing providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

• Cohort participation information: attendance, participation in live sessions, and community activity within the learning portal and cohort discussion channels.

We use the information we collect to:

• evaluate applications and process enrollments;
• deliver the program, including access to the learning portal, cohort community, and live sessions;
• communicate with you regarding your enrollment, program updates, and support inquiries;
• process payments and administer payment plans through third-party processors;
• improve the program and website through analytics and student feedback;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• with service providers who help us operate the program, including payment processors, financing providers, hosting providers, email service providers, video conferencing platforms, and learning portal software vendors, under confidentiality obligations;
• when required by law, court order, or valid legal process;
• to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the rights, safety, or property of our students or the public.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• the right to access the personal information we hold about you;
• the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
• the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;

• the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the program, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Application records for applicants who are not enrolled are deleted within 12 months. Enrollment records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
