Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for or enroll in the program. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to decline or revoke enrollment at our discretion.

Kneiser Consulting is an education program. The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing offered through the Services constitutes:

• financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice;
• a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, commodity, event contract, derivative, or other financial instrument;
• a signals service, picks service, tips service, or prediction service;
• an offer, solicitation, or invitation to trade on any exchange, Designated Contract Market, wagering platform, or similar venue;
• a guarantee of any specific outcome, financial or otherwise.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or Designated Contract Market. We do not manage accounts, execute trades, or hold customer funds.

You acknowledge and agree that any information, curriculum, examples, case studies, or discussions provided through the Services are educational in nature and are not intended as personalized advice for your particular situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your own finances, investments, or trading activities. You should consult with qualified licensed professionals before making any such decisions.

We make no representations or warranties regarding any outcomes you may or may not achieve as a result of participating in the program. Any hypothetical scenarios, historical examples, or case studies discussed in the curriculum are for educational illustration only and do not represent typical results.

Enrollment is granted on an application basis. The program fee is $6,000 for annual enrollment. Financing options, including monthly plans, may be available and vary based on your application results. Once your application is accepted and payment is received, you will be granted access to the learning portal, cohort community, and live session schedule for the duration of the one-year program. Payment plan terms are governed by the applicable payment provider's terms.

If you enroll through a financing or payment plan, you are responsible for maintaining the payment plan according to the terms provided at enrollment. Canceling, pausing, disabling, or otherwise failing to maintain a payment plan does not cancel your enrollment obligation and does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or release from amounts due.

If any scheduled payment becomes overdue, Kneiser Consulting may suspend your access to the learning portal, cohort community, live sessions, recordings, and all related Services until the overdue payment is made and your account is brought current. Access may be restored after payment is received and processed.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /refund. By enrolling you agree to the terms of that policy.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, redistribute, or provide access to program content, cohort discussions, or community materials to any third party;
• record, transcribe, or publish live cohort sessions without express written permission;
• use the Services to promote or solicit unrelated products, services, or ventures;
• engage in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior in any cohort community or session;
• misrepresent your identity, jurisdiction, or eligibility.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

All curriculum, materials, videos, written content, frameworks, and community discussions are the intellectual property of Sports Empire LLC. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own personal educational use for the duration of the program. All other rights are reserved.

The program is offered only in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for confirming that your participation is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke enrollment for applicants in jurisdictions where the program is not offered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Empire LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to any financial losses, trading losses, or lost opportunities. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sports Empire LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to enrolled students. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, PA.
